As much
as possible, stick to foods you can find in your locale. You don't want to just
stick to this "new diet" for a month, you want it to become a
lifestyle because making it a lifestyle means you'd be able to stay in shape
for a long time and make healthy living your new thingie.
You
need to enjoy these healthy foods as much as possible. Switching to a nutritious
diet doesn't mean your taste buds have to suffer. This healthy lifestyle should
be an enjoyable one, so you would be able to stick to it for a long time.
SO HERE'S MY BREAKFAST IDEA; PAP WITH FRUITS.
If you enjoy pap like me, two pecks on your cheeks, you are a part of my family
now. I used pap, tangerine, watermelon, guava, and then honey as my sweetener.
I used honey because it's one super food you just have to incorporate in your
diet.HEALTHY LIVING NIGERIA

love three crowns. If you want to cut down calories, go-ahead with skimmed
milk, but if you want "more nutrients", then choose my three crowns.
I went shopping during the weekend and found out that three crowns now come in
small packages which means I don't have to buy those big tins anymore and force
myself to consume it in two days!
