Eating Healthy In Nigeria.

 Should I call this brunch, or lunch or dinner?

This is my mum's recipe. It's not pepper soup because none of the pepper soup spices were

added.

Very easy to prepare and tasty too.

I had eaten it halfway before I took this picture( lol) and I had it as my dinner..and it was so

filling(I was stuffed)

This is just so good and proves that there are still healthy foods in Nigeria. Feel free, to add this as

Let me give a quick break down of what I used and how it was prepared.


INGREDIENTS:

Yam

Basil leaves

Catfish

Salt

Seasoning powder

Onions




PREPARATION:

1: Prepare the catfish. Add your onions and seasoning powder.

2:boil the yam (like you'd normally do)

3: Join the stock or broth and yam in a pot and let it simmer.

4: it's ready.

I hope I did explain a bit(lol). It's not complex at all. Tell me if you'd try it!

I forgot! Chop the basil leaves and add it too! This is my first time writing down a recipe!
